Wine Education at ABC

Suggested weekday evening class (or Sunday afternoon)

Here at ABC we are thinking hard about offering wine education classes again. We are therefore interested in feedback from you to see if you might be interested in this type of activity.

The classes would be from 6:30 - 8:00 PM in the store, probably on a weekday night or even Sunday afternoons now that football season is over. We will taste around eight different wines consistent with the theme for that class. For example, if the theme is “The Wines of Italy”, we might taste three whites and five reds, and discuss where they come from, what grapes are used to make them, what foods they might pair well with, etc. 

There will be class limit of twelve participants, and a fee to attend, probably around $20 or so, depending on the wines being tasted. Attendees will pay in advance. Naturally the wines we taste will be available for purchase should you so desire.

It should be a lot of fun and a great learning experience for all of us. So, if you are interested, please let me know or talk to any of the managers in store, and if you have suggestions for themes, timing, etc. please share them with us. You can contact Dave at Barolo82@aol.com.
